If the error persists, replace the laser/scanner assembly.

1.
A temporary printing error has occurred.
2.
Check the cable connections between the laser/scanner and the ECU.
3.
Replace the laser/scanner.
4.
Replace the ECU.

1. The printer has experience an internal hardware error.
2. Turn the printer off and turn it on
again.
3. If a surge protector is being used,
remove it and plug the printer directly into the wall.
4. Check the cabling connections to the
laser/scanner assembly.
5. Try connecting the product to a
different power source or surge protector.
6. If the error persists, replace the
laser/scanner assembly. HP

The product has experienced an internal hardware error. 2.
Disconnect the power cable from the product, wait at least 30 seconds,
then reconnect the power cable and wait for the product to initialize. 3.
Check the cabling connections to the laser/scanner. 4.
Try connecting the product to a different power source or surge
protector. 5. If the
error persists, replace the laser/scanner. HP

Disconnect the power cable from the product, wait at least 30 seconds,
