CODE 20 – MEMORY OVERFLOW
ALL HP LASER PRINTERS
1. Large print job exceeding memory capacity.
2. Too much data or data too complex.
3. Set enhanced I/O to auto mode. 4.
Press the GO button or CHECK button the printer will restart the print
job but some data might be lost. 5.
You might have tried to print to many macros, soft fonts, or complex
graphics. 6. Turn
the image adapt and page protect to ON or AUTO to print the job. You
might have to turn them back to off on some printers it might degrade
performance.
7. ADD MORE MEMORY .
HP LASER PRINTER 2200 ERROR

1. The printer memory is full.
2. Press GO to resume printing.
3. If you lose some data, try
to free some printer memory by removing any unnecessary fonts, macros, or
any other data currently in the printer memory.
4. If you continue to lose
data, you might need to add more printer memory.
5. For a temporary solution,
simplify the image or print at a lower resolution.
HP LASER PRINTER 2300,
2410, 2420, 2430
1. The Printer received more
data than can fit in its available memory.
2. You might have tried to
transfer too many macros, soft fonts, or complex graphics.
3. Press SELECT button to print
the transferred data, and then simplify the print job or install additional
memory.
HP LASER PRINTER P3005 1.
The device has received more data from the computer than fits in
available memory. 2.
Press SELECT button to continue printing, Data will be lost. 3.
Reduce the complexity of the print job to avoid this error. 4.
Adding memory to the device may allow printing of more complex pages.
