All lights solid

The printer is indicating an internal problem.

Disconnect the printer from the power source for 10 seconds; then reconnect it. If the lights remain on, disconnect the printer from its power source again, reconnecting after a 15-minute wait. If a memory card has been added to the printer, remove it and check the indicator lights. If all three lights come back on again, contact HP or an authorized service representative.

All three lights flashing.

The memory card may be slower than 70 ns.

Remove the incompatible memory card and replace it with a 1, 2, 4, or 8 MB, 70 nanoseconds or faster (such as 50 nanosecond) memory card.

When all of the front panel lights are on, there is a Service error. Press and hold the front panel button to display the LED error code pattern. The code will be shown only while the button is pressed. Table 4 details the possible LED error patterns.
