    • The printer's paper tray guide is not set for the correct paper size. Typically, the guide set to A4 instead of letter, which will cause a mis-pick and result in an error.
    • If the printer receives a 13.01.00 error, verify paper is correctly loaded, then open, and close the top cover.
    • If the printer receives a 13.02.00 or 13.05.00 error, remove the imaging drum and remove any paper in the paper path under the drum.
    • If the printer receives a 13.06.00 error, remove the imaging drum, remove any paper in the paper path under the drum, and then open the back output door and remove any paper in the paper path.

CAUTION: Turn off the printer before inserting or removing DIMMs to avoid damaging them.

    1. Remove the DIMM and reinstall it to ensure that it is correctly installed.
    2. Ensure that a supported DIMM is being used. (See the printer User Guide for information about accessories.)
    3. Move the DIMM to a different DIMM slot. If the DIMM works in a different slot, then DIMM Slot 3 is malfunctioning.
    4. To continue printing remove the DIMM from DIMM Slot 3.

Printer Status lights - secondary light patterns (Service errors)
